eCCLIX is the online version of CCLIX (County Clerk Indexing), allowing you to search, view, and print public records from participating Kentucky County Clerk offices.
🔑 How to Log In
Go to ecclix.com.
In the top-right menu, click Login.
Enter the username and password provided by your County Clerk’s office.
You can now search county records from your desktop or mobile device.

Use the “What’s Available” link (above the pricing chart) to see record types and date ranges for each county.
Verified images in CCLIX appear in eCCLIX the next day.
Some counties may offer free public accounts (distributed by the clerk) during special office closures.
