Checking Record Availability in eCCLIX (“What’s Available”)

You can check record availability by clicking What’s Available on ecclix.com; select your county to see document types and how far back they’re indexed.

The “What’s Available” section in eCCLIX lets you see what types of documents are available for a county and how far back those records go.

🔍 How to Use “What’s Available”

1. Go to ecclix.com.

2. On the homepage, click What’s Available (just above the pricing chart).

3. Select your county from the drop-down menu.

4. View a list of:

   • Document types available for that county (deeds, liens, etc.)

   • Earliest available dates for each document type.

📝 Notes

• Each county has unique book codes and start dates for its records.

• “What’s Available” is the best way to confirm data availability before you start searching.

• Verified images in CCLIX appear in eCCLIX the next day after upload.
