Can I search eCCLIX by Tax Lot or Parcel Number?
No. eCCLIX does not provide a direct search by Tax Lot or Parcel Number.
Tax lot and parcel numbers are maintained by the Property Valuation Administrator (PVA) and are not searchable fields within eCCLIX.
How can I locate a property if I only know the Tax Lot or Parcel Number?
If you only have a Tax Lot or Parcel Number, you will typically need to:
- Search the appropriate County PVA website using the Tax Lot or Parcel Number.
- Obtain the current property owner's name.
- Return to eCCLIX and search using the owner's name or another available search field.
This is usually the quickest method for locating the property's recorded documents.
What search options are available in eCCLIX?
Depending on the county, you may be able to search using:
- Grantor (seller)
- Grantee (buyer)
- Party name
- Book/Type and Page
- Instrument number
- Recording date or date range
Available search options may vary by county.
Why doesn't eCCLIX search by Tax Lot?
eCCLIX is a land records system designed to search recorded documents. Tax Lot and Parcel Numbers are maintained by the County PVA and are not part of the searchable document index within eCCLIX.
