eCCLIX is an online search tool that allows you to search, view, and print public records stored at County Clerk offices.
Software Management, LLC, in partnership with participating Kentucky County Clerk offices, offers eCCLIX—the online version of CCLIX (County Clerk Indexing).
Today, CCLIX is used in almost two-thirds of Kentucky County Clerk offices, helping attorneys, title searchers, surveyors, and realtors quickly access public records.
🔍 What is eCCLIX?
eCCLIX is an online search tool that allows you to search, view, and print public records stored at County Clerk offices.
It provides the same functionality as a public-use computer in the clerk’s office.
Note: eCCLIX does not currently generate reports.

Use the “What’s Available” link (above the pricing chart on the homepage) to see:
Which instrument types are available for each county.
How far back records are available digitally.
Each county has unique book codes and start dates for electronic data.
Always check What’s Available before starting your search. (This is one of our most common support questions.)
🖼️ Image Availability
Verified images in CCLIX appear in eCCLIX the next day.
Data reloads overnight for each county.
If the process fails, it may require a manual reload—the county will be unavailable for ~30 minutes during this process.
👥 Public Accounts
During certain office closures, Software Management and the County Clerk’s office may provide free public accounts.
These accounts are distributed by the County Clerk’s office and allow access during normal business hours.
🔑 How to Log In
Visit ecclix.com.
Click Login in the top-right menu.
Enter the username and password provided by your County Clerk’s office.
You can now search county records.
