🔹 Steps
Open Setup:
In POSTS Payables, go to Setup → Checking Account.
Reset Screen:
Click RESET to clear any existing data.
Confirm the top half of the screen is blank.
Enter Account Information:
Fill in all required fields:
Year
Account Type
Other necessary account details
Save the Account:
Click ADD to create the new checking account.
📝 Tip:
Always double-check the year and account type before saving to avoid reconciliation issues.
