To waive fees, open the bill in DTAX, click Waive Fees (or press F4), select the fees to waive, and save.
You can waive fees on a bill in DTAX using the Waive Fees option. Follow these steps:
1. Open the bill
Locate and open the bill you want to waive fees on.
2. Select “Waive Fees”
Click the Waive Fees button on the right side of the screen, or press F4 on your keyboard.
The Waive Fees pop-up will appear.
3. Choose fees to waive
In the pop-up window, select the individual fees to waive.
To waive all fees, check the All Fees box at the bottom.
Click Apply to confirm.
4. Review and save
The selected fees will now appear as waived on the bill.
Save the bill to complete the process.
🔑 Notes
Use the All Fees option carefully—only waive all fees when appropriate.
Always verify changes before saving to ensure accurate billing records.
