Steps:
Open User Management:
In CCLIX, go to Utilities → Billing.
Locate the user in the list.
Open Security Manager:
Navigate to Permissions under Security Manager.
Lock the User:
Select the user’s account.
Use the Lock option to disable access.
Alternatively, remove all permissions to restrict functionality.
Save Changes:
Confirm when prompted to save updates.
Verify Account Status:
Ensure the account no longer has access or appears active.
Document the change for internal records.

Locking accounts preserves history and records while preventing access.
