Correcting a Marriage License in CCLIX

If a marriage license contains an error, you can quickly issue a corrected license in CCLIX. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to CCLIX using your clerk credentials.

2. Search for the marriage license record that needs correction.

3. Open the record and select “Correct License.”

4. Edit the necessary fields to fix the information.

5. Save the changes and double-check that all corrections are accurate.

6. Issue the corrected license, making sure all updated documents are generated for both office records and customer copies.
