If your printed pages have smudges, streaks, or marks, follow these steps to improve print quality:
Check ink or toner levels.
Low or uneven ink and toner levels can often cause streaks or blotches. Refill or replace as needed.Run a printer cleaning cycle.
Use your printer’s built-in cleaning or maintenance function to clear residue from the print heads and rollers.Inspect the paper tray and paper quality.
Dust, debris, or curled paper can leave marks on pages. Remove any debris, and use clean, dry, high-quality paper.Print a test page.
After cleaning, print a test page to confirm the problem is resolved.Contact technical support if needed.
