Enabling Quick Launch in Windows

Right-click the taskbar, Toolbars, New Toolbar.

Type: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Unlock the taskbar, move the Quick Launch to the left.

Disable Text and Title and set icon size to small.

Add or remove icons as desired.

Re-lock the task bar.
