A balance in DTAX may change after additional processing, updates, or related system actions are completed.

This can occur when:

• payments are applied or reversed,
• fees or adjustments are updated,
• parcel information changes,
• or related records finish processing within the system.

During this time:

• balances may temporarily appear different between screens,
• reports may not immediately reflect updated totals,
• and users may briefly see inconsistent information until processing completes.

This is a normal part of system processing and synchronization within DTAX.

If balances continue appearing inconsistent after normal processing time, additional review may be needed.
