DTAX: Why Do Some Changes Require Refreshing or Reprocessing?
Answer
Some updates in DTAX may require additional refreshing, recalculation, or processing before changes appear throughout the system.
This can occur after actions such as:
- updating balances,
- modifying bill information,
- reversing payments,
- adjusting fees,
- or changing parcel-related data.
During processing:
- certain screens may continue displaying earlier information temporarily,
- balances may not immediately update everywhere,
- and related records or searches may refresh at different times.
This is a normal part of system processing within DTAX.
If updated information does not appear after normal processing time, additional review or refresh actions may be needed.
