Updating or Adding New Franchise Billing Rates

Steps:

1. Open Setup:

   • From the home screen, click Setup.

2. Access Tax Rate Codes:

   • Select Tax Rate Codes from the menu.

3. Sort by Year:

   • Click the Year column to sort rates by year.

   • Select the rate you’d like to verify or update.

4. Edit an Existing Rate:

   • (Skip if adding a new year.)

   • Adjust rates and multipliers as needed.

   • Click Save to confirm changes.

5. Add a New Year’s Rates:

   • Click Rate Copy.

   • Fill out the Rate Copy fields and select GO.

6. Update New Rates:

   • Select the new code and update rates and multipliers.

   • Click Save to finalize the updates.
