🔹 Steps to Get Started

1. Contact us – Let Software Management, LLC (SMLLC) know you’d like to begin using eRecording.

2. Vendor setup – We’ll connect you with our approved vendors to complete any required agreements (MOUs).

3. System preparation – Our team will handle setup in your CCLIX/POSTS system and coordinate with vendors.

4. Training – We’ll schedule training for your team and provide test documents before going live.

5. Go live! – Once training is complete, you’ll be ready to start accepting and recording documents electronically.
