CCLIX uses indexing and background processes to support search and retrieval.

Because of this, changes may not appear immediately in all views or search results. Visibility depends on system processes, not just the record itself.

This behavior is normal and does not necessarily indicate an error. Indexing affects how records are found, not the underlying data.
